Masterclass Travel Photography

Man, by nature, is a traveller, who fared far and wide seeking food, habitation and spurred by the urge to explore. For centuries, the lure of travel has been intoxication to people, who have been fascinated with the vistas just beyond the horizon. All of us have an explorer lurking within, popping out now and then.

…And travel we do, mostly with aplomb. While on these travels, we also love capturing what is unique and exotic in these places. That seems easy, but is rife with challenges – alien lay of the land, alien behaviour of the people in those places, unpredictability of the light conditions, restrictions on using some photographic equipment like professional camera, tripod, or flash, etc. Many of us have come back from such trips and while reviewing our pictures have exclaimed – “Ooops, this one didn’t come out quite as I wanted it to, or as I saw it there.”

What this workshop contributed to-

Driven by the vision of “Making India Photograph Better” – both as people of India, and India as a country with its myriad hues. The topics that will be covered in the workshop are:
